Fiberglass or carbon fiber is the material of choice. Both are very hard to work with if you don't have a vacuum method of shaping.

fiberglass doesn't require vacuum molding. carbon fiber does. i don't find working with fiberglass difficult. just itchy and messy. i really have to be in the mood to do it. but now that i have a full kit, i'm more apt to getting it finished now.

that's funny i was just thinking about this yesterday. i do apologize things haven't been to great this year. wife's been in and out of the hospital 4 times this year so it's been tough to get to my place and get some work in. i do have another 4 day weekend coming up so i'll start getting it prepped then. hopefully if everything goes well i'll have the mold made by next weekend.

To tell you the truth, after a while of owning the TRD lip spoiler, it got old. I think spoilerless is sleeker.

sorry this has been a sh!tty year! i pulled it out, and dusted it off, but that's about as far as i got. i still need to prep it and pull a plug from it. hoping to get my ducks inline in a couple weeks when everyone is on vacation except me.
