Good deal on new rims and tires?

    Good deal on new rims and tires?

    I was wondering if this is a good deal or not. I visited Discount tires and I was given this price for everything, $700 flat for 17" mb rims, tires, installation, life time warranty, threw in the lug nuts/bolts for free gave me a discount on the tires. these are the rims i like http://www.discounttire.com/product/wheels/mbmsev.gbm.xl.jpg is this a good deal? yes or no?
