Anyone with a stock tach cluster.

ambient temp readings are there. I believe all 8th gens have wiring for them but you need to get the sensor. The plug for it should be underneath hood latch. I found this:

All you need is the sensor since all the cars are wired for it, when I did the cluster swap I just went to the junk yard and pulled one off another car, they didn't even charge me for it. The plug is located in behind the front bumper in front of the radiator.
