    Just installed the rear speakers and it sounds %100 percent better, The speakers have great base I can't wait to put a sub in the trunk!! I'm gonna order the same speakers for the front!!

    u notice a huge difference? When i upgraded i was very dissapointed. have some 6.5" pioneers all around too.

    i still have some JVC headunit from when i switched out the OEM radio w/o CD player. i need to upgrade bad though. no ipod or aux inputs. whackkkkk. think a new headunit will help?
    i also have a 4 channel amp laying around that i have yet to install..

    i have pioneer all around....the music sounds waaaay better but it kinda looses the base the oem speakers have.....but now that i got the 2x 10 in my trunk im fine.

    My base was distorted when I had the oem speakers lol, with these new sonys I can crank em up LOUD!!, Did you do the big 3 upgrade or did you just wire em up stock?

    they are wired up using the stock plugs, harness....all i did was solder the ends to the factory lines

    i heard macks and i was shocked to find out they were stock.....had a lot of base

    checked out the big 3 but even if i don't do that (which i prob wont do) i should/might get better sound from a different headunit? what exactly makes one bad? i prob need to do more reading on them and see what makes them so different other than features such as input and all the cool colors they produce haha

    It all depends on the specs, Yeah It's cool to get a flashy headunit but If it doesn't perform well then whats the point?

    Also I recommend doing the big 3 if you get a sub

    ok cool thanks. im not a big sound freak but i just hate how it sounds now. I really should stop being lazy and install that amp but i hate dealing with wires and crap
