    Rain turned to snow when we were driving through Franconia Notch today (between two mountains)...incredibly windy, and the roads sucked. The pickup in front of us was sliding pretty badly..

    we had one decent snowstorm this year. most of the season has been warmer than normal.



    ...and then we've had days where it's been in the low 60s. wtf? we're supposed to have COLD winters in MD, dammit.

    same here in South Lake Tahoe... we've had more rain than snow and we always get it after a good snow storm so it melts everything away... :mad:

    damn...that bites. the one time i went to Tahoe there was still snow on the ground like 2 days before my birthday(mid july)...i couldn't believe it.

    shame there's no good snow out there this season.

    yeah its been pretty lame out here as well.. HOWEVER. the mountains have been getting dumped on well. :) Broke 200" total snowfall this year at the resort we snowboard at and we still have 4 more months to go.
