    I'm not sure how different the 04 rolla is to a 93-97, but in mine there are self tapping screws on the middle top part of the bumper when you open the trunk. Then screws on each corner of the bumper towards the rear wheel. Then theres a couple of screws at the bottom of the bumper. I'm not sure If I'm of any help cause I'm not knowing about the newer rollas, but just unbolt all the screws holding the bumper you can see and hopefully it comes off.
