    are those suspension bars that go on the floor between the seat belt mounting points any good?

    any good for what? for tripping on entering/exiting the car?

    do you autocross/race?

    then no, they're not worth it for you..

    well no one rides in the back any way. And i'm trying to make my suspension stiffer. do thay offer much if any performance benifit?
