Holy crap it's cold!

    Holy crap it's cold!

    Wow, yesterday it got down in to the teens here in Washington. This cold front came out of left field, yesterday the driving conditions were so bad I drove by 2 busses that were jackknifed sideways on the freeway smashed in to the guard wall and dozens of cars in ditches and sliding the wrong way down roads. Keep in mind that only about 1/4th of a inch of snow fell but it quickly compacted in to the worst ice I've ever driven on. Is anyone else currently experiencing these types of conditions in their home town? Also the thing that really sucked is that they did not sand the roads until today. it took them 48 hours to mobilize trucks to start sanding the roads, we were not prepared for this at all.

    yeah man

    its been cold as heck here in sea town. Didn't go to work yesterday my kid had a snow day. this cracks me up how seattle totaly shuts down with a little snow and ice. I grew up in alasaka and seattle has more snow days than alaska. lol anyways it reminds me of alaska.

    That is so funny :D We get some Ice and the world stops turning. I didn't even go to work today because my truck was still sliding around. I'm going to eBay some cables for it though :D

    Today's morning low was 68......tomorrows morning low is expected to be in the teens as well as the day after.....typical Oklahoman weather...

    Wow, its amazing how different the climate is everywhere. Here were in the 20's - 30's but then you cruize over to Florida and you need Air Conditioning to survive :D
