    how do i...?

    i have a 2005 Corolla LE

    i was wondering how do i dis-mantle/-engage or turnoff my day time running lights?

    i tried pulling the plug under the e-brake, but when i did my lights automatically turned on once i started my car. (as you all know the daytime running lights come on after you release the e-brake.)

    can anyone let me know on how to do that?

    vamp.darkravers.net has a good DIY on how to disable the DRL, his is for the 98-02 corolla's, but im pretty sure its the same for yours

    No, the DIY for 8th gen is different than 9th gen. You cannot use that diy for your 05.

    Check out the DIY section here. There are 2 DIYs on that.
