Engine Intake suggestions...

    Intake suggestions...

    Ok - I am going to do something else with the intake on this car. I am not going to buy one, I am going to make my own.

    So, with that in mind - think I'd be better off making a SRI and getting a cone filter (K&N most likely) or getting a OE high flow air filter and fabricating some tubing from the existing air box to create a ram-air setup? I'm kind of leaning away from CAI - just like the idea of SRI and ram air better for some reason. Any suggestions - relating to this, or otherwise?

    *EDIT* Ha, you were only talking about the actaul intake, not the manifold :oops: Just buy a SR, would save you money and time :wink:

    Hell with making my own! That was a sucky idea!!!!!!! Nothing works, nothing fits....I'm buying an AEM CAI right now!
