    shortShifter Question

Hey guys!!! new here! I know this has been brought up a few times already but i swear this post will be different. First, does anyone know if there are other brands of shortshifters out there besides TWM...like maybe TRD. I took a look at those pixs of the TWM and its looks really short. I'm thinking it might be kinda awkward and hard to shift. Correct me if i'm wrong. Also, if i do buy the TWM...does anyone know where the cheapest place to buy is. the TWM website sells for $130 i think. Alright thats all for now, thanks in advance for any replies.

oh also, is anyone interested in group buys. Maybe we can all cut a deal or something.

Don't know of any else really... I'm pretty sure TRD won't be working on one either... not for a long time at least.

Shifting is the fun part really. It is short but it's a good short. You notice the reduced throw right away.

    Cheapest... ptuning.com at 112.00 - 5% coupon = $106 for me.

i think its better to have a heavy knob because it helps shift easier a bit because of more momentum at the top. so when u push it, its easier cuz of higher center of gravity

hey , imo its only a knob, there is no aerodynamic , physic , or what-so-ever involve in the makin of a knob

    Cool Thanks guys :D

I just ordered my shortshifter from ptuning.com and i already have a Momo shift knob so I guess I'm taking a step towards polo708's weight reduction method.

Anyway thanks again...i'll post some pixs after i get everything installed!
