all i know is u should go one step cooler than stock, whatever that may be. also, you might want to seriously look into some ignition wires and a box. the cold plugs can crud up a little while ur engine is running at low rpms without that added boost for the plug.

Why do you need to go with colder plugs -- are you running nitrous or a turbo/supercharger?

since ur running boost, ur air/fuel is gonna be a little rich before you hit boost. too much fuel isnt great for your spark plugs.

NGK Iridiums. As for oil I use what ever oil they use at the shop I take it to (I'm not aloud to change my oil at the apt I live at). But you can't beat $10 oil changes....lol.

My oil alone costs about twice as much as your entire change...

    Mobil1 synthetic (5w30 -- about $20 for 5 quarts), plus a $4 filter every change (every 3-5k-ish). :)

lol....what kind of oil do you use? That would break me at the rate I go through 3000 miles.
