Engine throttle cable tension?

    throttle cable tension?

    my friend has a 03 civic, maby somebody knows? is there a way to tighten the tension in order to get a more agressive throttle response. pulleys maybe? if anybody can tell me anything, i'd appreciate it.

    usually there's the matter of tightening the throttle cable right next to the throttle body...which involves unboltening and pulling so there's no slack in the line- some say this is good, some say its bad b/c it could mess up your idle i believe..
