Engine twm or trd shifter

twm or trd shifter

anybody with experience with either of the two, what exactly comes with the twm. does the whole shifter assembly come with it like the trd package, if not y does the shifter assembly need to come with the trd package. also does the stock shift knob fit the twm i dont really wanna pay 100 for a shift knob. last ? where can i get a twm cheap. What about a lightweight flywheel. peace
