umm... thats bad. control your tongue when you are around people who might be unstable. if you watch the beginning the guy said one thing too much that provoked the crazy boyfriend. stuff happens, atleast they just fought and nothing else. i respect fighting face to face rather than jumping someone or using weapons. but that does look uncalled for.

i doubt most people carry their guns to suggest others stop the coma inducing beatings. sorry e, the world doesn't behave with weapons as level headed as you suggest. had the guy who got beat up had a gun, he would have shot the other guy. most times guns cause people to shoot, not make others acquiesce or relent. or if they do so, its after a couple of shots.

That woman may have been checking on an order, or waiting for a moment to ask a question. Obviously, if the current customer finishes and she steps up to place an order, then ask the employee what's going on.

Oh yeah, the owner could've been a little bit more forceful in asking her and the bf to leave.
