    Raising Torque in Autos

Hey guys, I have the 3sp auto 4A-FE in my 97. I've found parts to raise the horse power little by little.... But how you do raise the torque? Are there performance torque converters, or am I able to put a hi capacity clutch in it? And info would be greatly appreciated.

Level10's prices aren't that bad. Not like when I had to have it rebuilt for $1800 already.

that won't really raise your torque. in order to raise torque you need more displacement and it works the same in any transmission. there are small gains to be seen in torque messing with bolt ons and other engine mods. the difference in automatic and manual is the efficiency of the power being transferred to the wheels.

It will raise your torque because of the torque multiplication factor. Lol, I currently have more torque than HP on my ride right now. You can also try protorque.com. They are $400 for a high stall TC, where as LevelTen (which I have) is $500.
