    yes you need to buy the gauges and senders, or tap into wires that already read water temp and oil pressure.

    scion xb temp meter

    i was about to buy a scion xB but i realized that it doesnt have a water temperature meter and an oil pressure gauge, i just wanted to know if theres a way to install a water temp gauge and an oil pressure gauge?

    How do you install an aftermaket oil pressure gauge? I need one for the Corolla because with no, and I mean NO oil in the pan, it didn't once turn the light on. Pisses me off still when I found that out.

    your sender/sensor might be messed up. but you might be able to tap into whatever that sensor is to provide a reading. or you can either plumb an oil line up to the front for a mechanical gauge, or put in a sender/sensor somewhere and wire it up to the front.
