Getting better gas mileage

Ok.....so im getting about 25 in my 98 corolla(auto 1.8).
will any of these improve mileage:

1. Better plugs. Replaced them with something from pep boys around a year ago. Heard NGK dual(something) plugs are best?

2. Running another can of seafoam(seems a little better now). This can't hurt can it?

3. Better gas. Is all gas really the same? I hear that Chevron is good cause of techron and all.....I usually buy exxon/mobile whatever they are now.

Any other sugestions?

tire should be fine, but waht about pressure?
tire pressure changes as temperature change.
you should be around 30~32 PSI all around.

take as much as you can out of your car... less weight = better mileage.
drive slower...
and try to stay off of the brakes.

Tires should be ok, just got them not too long ago. About how often should I replace the air filter? When it gets really dirty? after x miles? Ill take a pic of it later

tire pressures have a significant effect on the rolling resistance... in general, the higher the pressure, the lower the rolling resistance. In city driving, rolling resistance is the 2nd largest factor, weight/acceleration being the first.

Just check your tire pressures every other week or so... make sure that they aren't low.

When you're driving the tires will generate heat, and heat up the air in the tires... which will cause the air to expland and increase the air pressure. So make sure to check the pressure before you drive, not after. This will give you a more consistent reading.
