Amp rack DIY (4 pages of pics)

    Amp rack DIY (4 pages of pics)

    Hey all,

    I completed the DIY to my amp rack for a 2001 Toyota Corolla... please let me know your opinions / comments! Here are some teaser pics... the gallery has four pages of pics...

    Well the amp rack was a very tight fit -- I made the measurements with the side panels out and the false floor out. I evened out the top of the amp rack just enough so that I had to really force the amp rack to vertically stand under the metal. On top of that, I added three L brackets to the top and screwed it into the sheet metal directly above the amp rack (last pic in the gallery). I'm going to be screwing in some L brackets to the sides of the amp rack, into the sheet metal there because right now, the only thing really holding it in is the L brackets, but I really had to force the bottom of the amp rack in in order for it to be vertical (meaning that since it took so much force to push it in, there's no way it will just pop out)
