attempting an alarm install, need a little help

    attempting an alarm install, need a little help

    So far I have the steering column cover dismantled. I think that the ignition wire is color black and white and the second ign. wire is black and yellow. Problem: there seems to be two black and white wires on the harness to the ignition. Anyone know why there are two black and white wires? One other question, the black wire is 12v out of the ignition harness, is this okay to hook up to to get juice to the alarm or should I go to the battery with an extention? Thanks for the help. :wink:

    You mean to tell me nobody has installed an alarm by themselves on a 03 or newer rolla? :shock:
