    I bought something similar from ebay for 2-3 bucks and it worked alright for a couple of months till i bought a new aftermkt headunit

    I also have a similar product. Works great to run a sub from the stock head unit. My stereo installer said to connect it in the trunk to the wires for the rear speaker. This will make it easier to adjust later once installed. (mine sucked to adjust under the dash).
