    Brake Advice

Recently, my brakes started making this squeeling noise. It's mainly only when im moving forward and NOT on my brakes, and when I get on them, the noise seems to subside. It would then not do it for a while, and now has come back pretty loud, it's to the point where I don't want to drive anywhere anymore. It also seems to only be coming from the front left brake, I thought I may have noticed some weird smells after i'd stop driving, but it could be my mind playing tricks on me.
My assumption is, that my front tires are wearing kind of funny, apperently in need of an alighment, could this have caused one brake to wear oddly and make this noise?
I'm thinking about getting new pads and rotors, wheel balaning and all wheel alignment. Any suggestions on good rotors and pads? Or do you guys think I'm just over reacting? Either way, i'd like to hear some advice.

    Just for information, it's a 1996 DX

    Thanks in advance,
    John

just have it checked, the alignment has nothing to do with your brakes, though this affects the threadwear on your tires. Your brakes might need replacing.

get OEM Toyota parts for your brakes... they work best than any aftermarket brakes
for new rotors I'd get brembo cross drilled/slotted rotors.
