    9006 & 9005...what does these number indicates?

My Maxima and Corolla draws the same wattage. Is it possible to switch their bulbs if they fit? Will it fit?

I just order a new bulbs for my rolla and I was thinking about putting the old one in my Max....their size looks the same.......what determines if they are exchangeble?

9005, 9006 is basically bulb type, even though they are the same wattage, each puts out different number of lumens, the amount of light that is emitted. secondly, some bulbs have high and low in one bulb like 9007 and the ones you mentioned are not that way. the guides to install them is different as well so that makes the biggest difference along with the electical connections.
