Does anybody here know what the center to center distance of a Honda D16 exhaust port is?

im assuming u mean for a honda motor? i have a d16, but i have a header on mine, i could try and get a measurment for u, i also have another head i could measure the actual ports with

Ya, Honda motor. It does not need to be to the exact mm, but a close enough measurement is fine.

which way...off the manifold or the head? cuz the heads at my work, but i could get a measurment of the center of one tube to the other on my header

Is there a big difference? Whatever is easier for you. I don't want to take too much of ur time.

well its dark out now, ill post up tomm morn, ill measure from center of tube to center of tube on my header, that way i dont gotta take my header off:-D and my other head is at work and im off tomm, so yea, lol

its about 3 3/8 inches front center of tube to center of tube

I'm looking at boosting a mazda mx3. Building a custom header is expesive so I was thinking I can probably modify a D16 turbo header by replacing the flange to fit my 1.6L engine. There is no ready made turbo headers for my mx3 engine.

Just a thought.
