cut off half of the bump stop..

    or all of it..

you can cut out the middle and then glue the top back on to the bottom so you keep your stock boot and the tight fit on the rod.. otherwise, it's gonna be really fugly....

    DIY?

Best thing to do would be go buy a Haynes manual if you're going to do any work yourself. Or a BGB (big green book a.k.a. factory service manual) as they will tell you how as well as have diagrams and proper torque specs. They're very good investments.

    For The H-tech Tien Springs

I PERSONALLY HAVE THE S. TECH TEIN SPRINGS (LOT BETTER HANDLING AND REPSONSE AND WAY MORE AGRESSIVE APPEARENCE) BUT NEWAYS WHEN YOU CUT THE BUMP RUBBER STOP CUT FROM THE VERY TOP. TAKE A TAPE MEASURE MEASURE .6INCHES FOR THE FRONT AND REAR BUMP RUBBER STOPS AND TAKE A RAZOR KNIFE AND CUT. THAT IS THE WAY THAT WORKS(IF U HAVE RIMS ON UR CAR TAKE U CAR TO A BODY SHOP AND HAVE THE WHEEL WELLS IN THE BACK FOLDED UP TO PERVENT TIRES RUBBING)
