DIY installation bi-xenon H4 conversion kit

Well I got this kit to replace my HID low beam H4 kit. The moving magnet for high beams is pretty cool. However, I have the problem of reinstalling the dust shield since the bi-xenon solenoid is so big and won't fit. I had to remove the wire clips that hold the bulbs in place and shoved the dust shield on the shield part and installed it like that. But now the bulb isn't held down in place and it's bouncing light all over the place. The only thing holding the bulbs in place are the dust shields. I know that every bump I hit will move the bulbs around. Plus it doesn't focus light on the road. It's shining it up right into oncoming traffic. I had to drive with just my fog lights so that I wouldn't blind people off the road. It's so annoying. I don't want to become a road hazard and cause accidents. Am I installing these wrong. Maybe I'm missing an important detail here. I could always reinstall them without the dust shields. Do I really need them? Here's a pic of the bi-xenon bulb and built in solenoid.

The instruction booklet that came with the HIDs was all in japanese so I can't read a damn thing. I can only look at the diagrams and try to figure it out like that. Anyone with H4 bi-xenons or with experience with this please help!

hehe it's ok now. I fixed the problem. I had to hack up the dust shields to make it fit though. The problem I had was that the shield has to be inserted first and clamped down with the wire retainers. The dust shield goes over the solenoid part and the solenoid is screwed into the shield section. So now the whole thing is secure and the headlights are aimed properly now. Whew!
