They're E36 3-series heated front leather seats. Unless you need to use a harness, these would be so much better than racing seats IMO.

Once you get your rear seats reupholstered, then your interior is set.

depends on what way you're going actually. those seats are probably twice as heavy as regular seats. arent those seats power slide and recline? maybe that could be done with just regular 12 volt or something. those seats are pretty nice looking.

They're heated, but not power. I guess weight would be a concern...

Depends on what you want, I guess -- Corbeau CR1s look a lot more supportive..but if you want new seats for comfort..then there you go..

I'm lucky, though..I live in FL..I'd want heated seats maybe 3 days out of the year.
