Looks like it's a complete kit and it says no modification necessary.

Is it something I could install or does it need to be professionally done? I would hope the kit comes with installation instructions?

looks like everything is there. But the switch does NOT attache to the regular light switch as in the oem setup. It looks like it just snaps into the hole beside your coin holder. If not though then you will need to do some drilling.
