    Front speaker Help?

    Hey has or did anyone post a DIY guide to replacing the front speakers?? Or could u post how and what tools i need :shock:

    door speakers

    bigger job than i thought! took an hour to figure out how to geet door panel off without damage to the plastic parts. new speakers did not fit the cut out from the factory and had to build a template. if you do it buy good speakers to make the effort worthwhile. I found that the door speakers are hard to hear because of the location. My rear speakers over power the front.

    Agreed....I've got some nice 6 1/2" CDT's and i want to put them in the front. Can anybody illustrate where all the screws, and clips are

    Just wondering, what the best size for front speakers? People saying after taking out the riveted 6.5" stock speakers, the mounting is slightly bigger than regular 6.5". Does that mean 6 3/4" will fit better?
