The front bumper is pretty easy, shouldnt be hard to figure out yourself, theres not very much even holding it on. Never tried the rear bumper thou. I think its a little more difficult. But you should be able to figure them both out without too much trouble, i know the front is real easy cuz ive had it off a few times myself.

For the front is it just all the screws on the bottom? or is there more?

ya gota take the 2 screws outa the splash gaurds on each side, so 4 screws. Then i think theres 1 more screw up by where the bumper meets the fender, i cant remember for sure, just pull the splash gaurd back once you get ut loose and look arround. Then theres 2 clip things kinda behind the licence plate, if you lay on the ground under the bumper and look up you will see them, they attatch to the real steal bumper. Then pop the hood and take the 2 rubber toped screw things out of the grill and the clip in the center of the grill, its up on the top by the hood popper kinda.

Its not really that hard, just take all the obvious screws out, then try pulling the bumper off, of you feel it catching or snaging anywhere, just figure out where the problem is and fix it. The front bumper is really pretty straight foreward. I wouldnt be scared of taking it off at all. But ive never done the rear bumper so I have no advise for you there.

Just curious thou, what do you need to take the bumpers off for anyway?

Well the shop would probably take them off for you, but ofcourse it would probably cost extra money. But why are u gettin the stock bumbers painted? Are they just gettin beat up and need redone or somethin?

Well if you need any more help on the front bumper let me know.
