I need serious help with my tail lights!!!

Ok, so i bought some black JDM Altezzas for my 04 rolla s. I've had them for about six months with any problem. Well earlier this week i noticed that one of the cones for my tail light has become unseated. I have tried to contact the company, but since it was an ebay purchase i'm not really expecting a whole lot in response. I really need help so if anyone can point me in the direction to getting it fixed please please help! i can't stand it when anything is out of place on my ride, especially these tail lights. thanks in advance.

I don't have any pics right now unfortunately. it's hard to explain what i mean when i say cones. but here's a link to a page that his pictures of it. http://4caroption.com/Pdut_detail.asp?prod_CD=LT-TCL03JB-3&LineID=Lighting&CateID=Tail Lamp
In any case, when you see the picture look at the largest red piece on either side. That actually sits out somewhat, and when i say cone, that's what i'm referring to. that piece has come apart from the sealant and is leaning forward. hope that helps a little.

My carbonfiber g3's did the same thing on the driver's side. I carefully put a little super glue on a toothpick and I went on the edge of the cone and pushed it back on with a plastic pick trhought the light hole but a month later it did it again. I don't know how it can permanantly be fixed but I would like to know a way.
