Installation kits

I'm going to change the head unit soon, but I can't find an intallation kit with the pocket at the bottom so that the head unit sits on top, I've been looking but no luck. Can somebody help me out.....Thanks

Hey there! I got mine at a local place not too far away from me. I have the kind with the pocket at the bottom like you're looking for. I live in FL, too. If you get desperate enough, I'd be happy to pick one up and send it your way. 8)

You're welcome! It took me forever to find that install kit. I ordered it from a place in my town...and it never came in, so I took a trip to a local city...and found one easily. They should have them in stock. They did at least when I bought mine about 9 months ago...hehe . Just let me know...maybe you'll have some luck in the mean time. ~ KeLLi

Metra (www.metraonline.com) is the only manufacturer I've come across that has the pocket at the bottom. The best looking kit is the Scosche - but the pocket is above.

Yeah...i'm going to post some pictures very soon! I've been waiting to use my friend's scanner, and she's not back yet. I've got rims, subs, headunit, and what not...to post pictures of.
