When I recieved my Return of the King extended edition DVD it had an offer for a slipcase (box) to put all 3 LOTR movies in. I ordered this on Dec 26th and still haven't gotten it, to date. Everytime I e-mail newline, they just send an auto mated response saying it will take 8-10 weeks, even though it's been about 16 weeks. Anyone else having this problem or know how to get resolution? They (of course) don't have an 800 number to call. I found an 800 number you can call if your order was lost or damaged, I might call that number and pitch a fit.

$3.00 to cover shipping and handling only. They don't charge your card until it ships and my card hasn't been charged (or I'd dispute the charges w/ my cc company). It's a "special offer" inside the last DVD when you buy it.
