    Lowering

I am going to be lowering my 07 rolla S and I was hoping to get some advice doing it. What kit, and tools that might be needed. Someone was telling me a spring compressor would be needed. Any advice would be nice. Anyone selling some like new lowering springs? Thanks

This may be a stupid question, but I am new to cars, I was into trucks lol...what is the difference between just the lowering springs and coilovers? What do I want so that I have improved handling, and looks, without feeling every hole in the ground.
