question on suspensions

ST Shocks&Struts/Sprint Springs and Hotchkis sways
Stiff, I dont know the spring rate.
I use it to commute 70+ miles a day and I've got to know where the potholes are in the commute
Wifey doesnt like the ride untill I showed her the stability around a turn, I know I can take it a little faster with diffrent wheels and tires.
I modified the car because of intense drivers during rush hours.
Hence: Suspension,Engine,Brake modifications.

question on suspensions

hi, i own a 2000 toyota corolla ce
and i'm thinking about either tein s-tech springs with tokico blues or
ground control coilovers with tokico blues.
what do u have in ur car?
and how is the ride quality and the stiffness.
what do recommend me?
prices don't really matter it's juss gotta be around 400 for springs and 500 for shocks.
let me kno what u have in mind..thanks

Tokico/Intrax is a pretty nice combo...that's what i've got.
