Remove sun blocking dots on front windshield?

    Remove sun blocking dots on front windshield?

    Does anyone know of an easy way to remove those rubbery dots on the top-middle of the windshield?

    I would like to permanently mount my radar detector there, but the signal get diminished by those dots...
