    removing emblems

    I was thinking about removing the letters and emblem from my trunk. I just wanted to know whats the easiest and best way to do it.

    let your car sit in the sun for a few hours for the paint to heat up, then peel the stuff off. have fishing line to get under the harder-to-peel stuff. clean it with an adhesive remover, and wash/wax the area.

    If you have a heat gun that would work too.

    yeah you can just use fishing line it off and peel off whats left then if anything is left after that you can use a carb cleaner from the local napa...people are like you're dumb its gonna remove your paint...yes it will if you rub it like 50 times in the same spot...ive used it for a long time and have yet to see problems with my paint

    just use some goo gone. or simple green to take the rest out its safer.

    yeah goo gone is good 2 but i didnt wanna bother scrubbing
