replace individual panels on center console?

I just talked with a toyota parts guy, and he was telling me that you can purchase individual parts of the center console (i.e. just the cubby, or just the panel with vent knobs). But after taking the center console out, it doesn't look it is in separate pieces? Does anyone know how to install individual pieces of the console?

btw, I melted a portion of the panel with the three knobs, and was hoping to replace, hehe :D

what center console are you talking about? The one that surrounds the radio? If you need one of those, i have an extra one. Its grey in color.

I'm talking about indiviual portions of the main center console piece... the circled portion in this pic:

It's weird because I looked very closely at that part, and I'm not sure exactly how one would replace it... you can buy it separately! Does anyone know?

you can buy that whole piece from the dealer with out the cubby and drawer ... but the AC is one piece.. the buttons pop out and so does the clock. You just need the plastic piece covering. Not sure how much it costs tho :p
