    shift knob and E brake

Does anyone have any pics of an after market shift knob and or E brake that will fit our manual corollas? The E brake looks to be all in kne piece. Do u just slide the aftermarket one over it and add a boot to cover up ? Also, how do you even change the shift knob boot? it seems to be conneted to the cover..

I put a Ractive black chrome knob on mine after shortening the lever about 2 inches. Works and looks great.
I'm still looking for something for the ebrake handle. Possibly a slide-on cover of some sort.
