    Side Molding

I have a silver prizm and there is the black side molding on the doors and I was wondering if there was anyway to get rid of it. ONe of my friends said to get some fishing line and heat up one end with a blowdryer and then just strip it off slowly, does that work? Also what does it look like once its off are there any holes or markings from the molding. Thanks for your time

blow dryer most likely will not create enough heat. try a heat gun for some serious work. just heat it up slowly and pull the molding off.

i did mine with no heat gun and just fishing line along with "bug and tar remover."

there were holes behind my moldings
