Signal / RCA wiring DIY with lots of pics!

    Hello,

I've recently completed a Dynamat Extreme Speaker kit DIY, and today I've just finished a signal cable DIY. This DIY shows you what you need to do to route an RCA audio cable from the head unit to the back of the trunk.

I hope you enjoy it, and please give me any feedback. Here are some DIYs I will complete as I do them, in no particular order...

    - soldering your remote wire for your amp (won't go into routing, since this current DIY can handle that)
    - amp rack (just a 1/2" MDF, wrapped in carpet, to install amp and distribution blocks)

    Thanks .

    Thank you.

My power cable and accessories have arrived from knukonceptz.com, so I will be making a DIY soon for routing power cable and connecting grounds and such. I'll be using 2 gauge power wire with an inline ANL fuse holder... I'll put up the link when I have the DIY finished.

Some DIYs I plan on doing in the near future, as I get the parts and do the installation:

    - amp rack (just a sheet of wood, wrapped in carpet to be placed sideways on the back of the trunk)
    - subwoofer wiring
    - remote wire soldering
    - the big three
    - rear speaker removal (i'm going for a no rear fill setup)
    - component installation
    - truck deadening using SecondSkin
    - door deadening using SecondSkin
    - floor deadening using SecondSkin

    All in good time.
