starter problems

    starter problems

    My brother in law has a 96 Toyota Corolla and its having troble. he turned the
    car off the other day and it was like it was still trying to start. Even eith
    the key removed it was still trying to turn over. Of corse it does not start
    but it compleatly ran the battery dead. He has electric windows and the
    drivers side was down when this happened so I hooked up the jumper cables to
    get the windows up and it was still trying to start. What do you guys think we
    should look at?

    I had this problem with my car before...its most likely your starter.
