Two engine model no#?

    Two engine model no#?

    I was on another 2003 Corolla site and saw two diff model no#'s for the engines....I asked my dealer and he said I was buggin'...The "ZZ" numbers on the decal under the hood..On this page there were two diff. no#'s listed is there another engine? diff. plant? Does ANYBODY know? :?:

    From what I heard.

    03 Celica GT = 2zz-fe engine.

    03 Corolla = 2zz-fe engine.

    ---

    I am not 100% sure. But thats from what I've heard.

    Yup hes the right one... In the US, they only offer one engine for the rolla...

    For the Altis (at least in Taiwain) the 1ZZFE is available in a 1.8L as well as a 1.6L version. Perhaps this is what you are thinking of?
