    Winter Prep

I'm trying to prepare my corolla for the winter. (If I don't do it early I won't have time to do it in the winter months)
This will be my first winter with it and my first winter not driving a GM vehicle for that matter.
The interior of this car is in mint condition and I would like to keep it that way.
    It's a low milege (50K Miles) 1998 Corolla LE.
I want to take out the seats to give everything a really good clean and then lay down clear plastic for the winter. This is what I've done on all my other cars over the years and it has really helped out.
I've never tried to take seats out of a Toyota before, anything I should watch out for?

Oh and how do these cars handle in the snow? - snow meaning I live out in the country 10 miles from town and it takes at least a day for my street to get plowed.

    Thanks a lot.

nevermind I was able to see it. Didn't realize those plastic pieces popped right off revealing a bolt...

Didn't see how the back seat came out though...

to take out the back seat you just yank up on the lower cushion, it's all one piece. after you get that out, you will see three bolts behind where the lower cushion was. then lift the remaining seatbacks up then out.
