    It does, but the are also "glued". U have to heat them (some ppl use the oven) to get it apart.

    Engine TRD CAI for 04 S

    I also heard of ppl denting the filter slightly to make it fit. There are a ton of ppl out there running the TRD CAI on their S, so it can be done....
