i guess that keeps your engine safe. they might as well set a rev limiter to prevent u from fucking up ur engine during closed loop then.

i'm not 100% sure about 03 corollas. but i know on my 01, it had 3 bolts each side and on the left side had a extra hole for the spoiler brake light...
ther should be plastic caps under the trunk covering up some of the holes where some bolts might be at. along with a cable for the spoiler brake...
