    HIDs, I would recommend:
    HIDcool - the brand I'm using
    Lightech - i know the guy who distributes this stuff in Manila
    AND of course those name brands like Hella, Philipps, McCulloch, etc.

    Xenon charge bulbs with a blue color an functionality? NONE. But I really like Wurth's All-Weather bulbs, I've experience it during rain pour and my lights could see trough the rain and could be seen even in asphalt.
